Terms of Use

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the Luntares project - the luntares.com website, the game servers and the services connected with them (the "Service") - provided by the Administration.

1.2. By using the Service, including registering, logging in to the game servers, paying for services or gaining access to materials, the User confirms that they have read these Terms in full and accept them in their entirety.

1.3. A User who does not agree with these Terms must stop using the Service.

2. Nature of the services and digital goods

2.1. The Service provides digital goods and intangible services, including but not limited to: informational materials, training programmes, consultations, digital products and service offerings.

2.2. Materials provided through the Service may include:

• information from public sources;
• original materials of the Administration and/or third parties;
• analytical reviews, collections, recommendations and structured data.

2.3. The User understands and agrees that the value of the Service's digital goods and services lies in their organisation, analysis, presentation, support, maintenance and updates, not in the exclusivity of individual pieces of information.

2.4. The Service does not claim or guarantee that individual elements of its materials are unique, exclusive or unavailable elsewhere.

3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

3.1. The Service is provided "AS IS".

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:

• that the Service will meet the User's expectations;
• that any financial, commercial, professional or other results will be achieved;
• uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

3.3. The Administration is not liable for:

• any direct or indirect losses, including lost profits;
• the consequences of the User applying the materials received;
• the acts or omissions of third parties;
• temporary technical failures and access restrictions.

3.4. All decisions to apply materials, recommendations and services are made by the User independently and at their own risk.

4. Lawful use

4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organise or facilitate unlawful activity.

4.2. The User undertakes to use the Service only within applicable law and the rules of third parties.

4.3. Responsibility for the lawful use of the Service's materials and services rests entirely with the User.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. All materials published in the Service are protected by intellectual property law.

5.2. The User may not copy, distribute, resell, transfer to third parties or otherwise use the Service's materials without the permission of the rights holder.

5.3. Infringing intellectual property rights may result in access to the Service being restricted without compensation.

6. Restriction of access

6.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service in the event of:

• a breach of these Terms;
• abuse being detected;
• requirements of law or of payment providers.

6.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.

6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create heightened risks for the Service, payment providers or third parties.

7. Payments and refunds

7.1. Services and digital goods are paid for on the terms stated in the Service before payment.

7.2. Given the intangible nature of digital goods and services, no refunds are made once access has been granted, except in the cases set out below.

7.3. A refund is possible only if:

• the service was not provided through a technical fault of the Service;
• access to the digital good was not in fact granted.

7.4. To have a refund considered, the User must contact support within 24 hours of payment.

7.5. Refund decisions are made by the Administration case by case.

7.6. The User undertakes not to initiate a chargeback through payment systems without first contacting the Service's support.

8. Privacy

8.1. The Administration may collect the minimum technical data needed to operate the Service.

8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee the absolute security of transmitted information.

9. Changes to the Terms

9.1. The Administration may amend these Terms.

9.2. The current version of the Terms is published in the Service.

9.3. Continued use of the Service means the User accepts the updated Terms.
