This Policy on Personal Data Protection for Website Users (hereinafter – the Policy, Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the Website Administration may obtain about the User during the use of the website – https://luntares.com.

1.1. “ADMINISTRATION (hereinafter – Website Administration)”

Authorized employees responsible for managing the website https://luntares.com who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, determine the purposes of processing, the composition of the personal data to be processed, as well as the actions (operations) carried out with the personal data. The Administration is also the Data Controller.
1.2. “PERSONAL DATA”

Any information relating to a specific or identifiable natural/legal person that is required by the Website Administration in connection with the performance of its contractual obligations to the User. In addition, personal data includes data that is automatically transmitted to the Website Administration during website use via software installed on the User’s device, including:

    IP address;

    browser details (or other software used to access the website);

    access time;

    the requested page URL, location, etc.

1.3. “PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA”

The collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, distribution (including transfer), anonymization, blocking, and destruction of the User’s personal data.
1.4. “USER”

A person who uses the website in the manner regulated by the Website Administration, including in accordance with the user agreement of the website https://luntares.com. The User is the subject of personal data.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The use of the website https://luntares.com by the User signifies the provision of consent for the processing of personal data (see Appendix No. 1) and acceptance of the terms for processing the User’s personal data.
2.2.

In the event of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must cease using https://luntares.com.
2.3.

The website https://luntares.com Administration verifies the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User at its sole discretion.
2.4.

By using the website https://luntares.com, the User confirms that:
    • The User possesses all the necessary rights to use the services of the website https://luntares.com;
    • The User provides accurate information to the extent necessary for using the website’s services;
    • The User is aware that information posted by the User on the website may become accessible to third parties not mentioned in this Policy;
    • The User is acquainted with this Policy, agrees to it, and undertakes the rights and obligations specified therein.

Familiarization with the terms of this Policy, checking the consent box under the link, or using the website constitutes the User’s written consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of their personal data to third parties.

3. SCOPE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
3.1.

This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Administration regarding nondisclosure and the establishment of a confidentiality protection regime for the personal data provided by the User by filling in the registration form or the feedback form.

4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of the User may be used by the Administration of the website https://luntares.com for the following purposes:

    • Establishing communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests, informational messages, and SMS notifications related to the use of the website.
    • Determining the User’s location to ensure security and prevent fraud.
    • Fulfilling contractual and pre-contractual obligations to the User.
    • Confirming the accuracy and completeness of the provided personal data.
    • Providing effective customer and technical support in case of issues related to the use of the website.
    • With the User’s consent – providing website updates, special offers, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the Website Administration.

5. METHODS AND DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without a time limit, by any lawful method, including by means of automated systems.
5.2.

The Website Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences resulting from the loss or disclosure of personal data.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. Obligations of the User:

    • Provide up-to-date information on personal data necessary for using the website https://luntares.com.
    • Update and supplement the information provided in the event of any changes.
6.2. Obligations of the Website Administration:

    • Use the data obtained solely for the purposes specified in Section 4 of the Policy.
    • Ensure that confidential information is kept secret.
    • Take measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1.

The Website Administration (Luntares) is liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.2.

In the event of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Administration shall not be held liable if:
    • The information had entered the public domain prior to its loss or disclosure.
    • The information was received from a third party before being provided to the Administration.
    • The information was disclosed with the consent of the User or by the User themselves.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1.

Before resorting to court for disputes arising between the User and the Website Administration, it is necessary to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution).
8.2.

Within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the claim, the recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the review.
8.3.

This Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1.

The Website Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
9.2.

The revised version of the Policy comes into force upon its posting on the website, unless otherwise provided.

USER CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By providing their data on https://luntares.com or browsing it, the User gives consent to the Website Administration for the processing of their personal data under the following conditions:

    • The consent is given for processing the personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.
    • Personal data that is not considered sensitive or biometric is processed.
    • The purposes of processing and the list of personal data are specified in Sections 3.2 and 4 of the Privacy Policy for Users of https://luntares.com.
    • The legal basis for processing is Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data.”
    • Processing includes the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
    • Personal data may be transferred to third parties in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, by contract involving the data subject, or with the data subject’s consent.
    • Data processing is carried out until it is no longer necessary and may be terminated upon the subject’s request.
    • Consent is given for the possible cross-border transfer of personal data and the receipt of informational (advertising) notifications.
    • Consent may be withdrawn by the data subject by sending a written notice to the Website Administration at the address specified in Section 12.
    • In the event of consent withdrawal, the Website Administration has the right to continue processing personal data if there are grounds specified in Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data.”
    • For communications, Discord is used.

TERMS OF USE

Unless otherwise stated, the following Terms of Use apply to the use of this website. In certain cases, additional terms may apply which are set out in this document.

By using this website, the User confirms that they:

    • Have reached the legal age of majority according to applicable law (18 years and older);
    • Are aware of and understand the applicable laws in their jurisdiction prior to registering an account.

Payments and Service Provision

    • When making a payment in the “Donations” section, the User agrees to pay for the bonus credit service to be added to their account on Luntares.
    • Once bonus credits are added, the service is considered rendered, and the execution period may take up to 7 business days.
    • No refunds are issued after the service is rendered.

Account Registration

    • To use the service, Users must register on the website.
    • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
    • In case of suspected data compromise, the User must immediately notify Luntares via Discord.
Account Registration Terms

    • Registration of accounts by bots or other automated means is not permitted.
    • An account may not be transferred to other persons or sold without permission.
    • Luntares reserves the right to treat multiple accounts belonging to the same family or related persons as one and may require supporting documents for account unblocking.

Suspension and Deletion of Accounts

    • The User has the right to close their account by contacting the Administration of Luntares.
    • Luntares may delete an inactive account that has not been accessed for over one year; all statistics, history, and other data will be deleted, and the balance confiscated.
    • Luntares reserves the right to suspend or delete an account without prior notice in cases of violating the Terms, applicable laws, or when fraudulent activities are detected.

Limitation of Liability and Complaints

    • Users use the services at their own risk.
    • Luntares and its affiliates are not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, including loss of profit, data, or other consequences.
    • Users are solely responsible for monitoring currency values as they may fluctuate.
    • Luntares does not compensate for unused services and is not responsible for delays due to user errors or technical issues.
    • All disputes are resolved based on the data recorded in the Luntares database.
Complaints

    • Complaints are handled via the Discord server.

Access to External Resources

Users may access external resources provided by third parties, and the corresponding supplier is responsible for them. Luntares does not control these resources and is not liable for their content or accessibility.

Permissible Use

    • The website and Service may be used only within the scope of these Terms and applicable law.
    • The User is responsible for ensuring that their actions do not violate laws, the rights of third parties, or the website’s usage rules.
    • Luntares reserves the right to take measures—including denial of access or blocking—if the User violates these terms.
Additional Paid Services

    • Luntares provides additional paid services that expand the capabilities of the project. These services are not mandatory for participation.
    • Once funds are deducted, the service is considered rendered, and no refunds will be issued.
    • By purchasing additional paid services, the User agrees to the storage of personal information and the terms published in their personal account or in-game systems.
    • All financial expenses, including payment system fees, are borne by the User.
    • In case of technical errors or other problems, the User must promptly notify the Administration, after which the account balance may be adjusted.

No Waiver

The inability of Luntares to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right. No waiver shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of any condition or provision.
Resale Services

Users are prohibited from reproducing, copying, selling, or reselling any part of the website or its services without the prior written consent of Luntares.
Service Providers

Service providers are natural or legal persons who provide various services to Luntares (including payment processing). They operate within their respective jurisdictions and are not direct representatives of Luntares.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luntares, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, directors, and managers shall not be liable for any losses (including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses) related to the use of the website or services.
    • Luntares does not guarantee the error-free operation of the website or services, protection from viruses, hacking attacks, or other security threats.
    • In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, wars, terrorist acts, etc.), Luntares shall not be liable for any losses.
    • Users assume the risk of using the website and services at their own risk and release Luntares from all claims, losses, and expenses arising out of a breach of these Terms or the use of the website.
    • Luntares is not responsible for violations of intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.

Amendments to These Terms

 

Luntares reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Continuation of the Service constitutes the User’s full acceptance of the amended terms. If the User disagrees with the changes, they must cease using the Service.
