Arenas and Solo Shuffle
Queues and matchmaking
Fixed an issue that displayed your average PvP item level as 0, preventing you from queuing for Solo Shuffle even with suitable gear equipped.
Improved rated 2v2 and 3v3 Arena queues, team checks, and match invitations.
A full Solo Shuffle match brings together two healers and four damage dealers, taking matchmaking rating into account. Your selected role must match your current specialization.
Getting ready for battle
Before each round, you can use the lever near your starting position to mark yourself as ready.
The ready counter now shows the actual number of participants. Once everyone is ready, the remaining wait is shortened to a brief countdown.
Fixed duplicate countdown timers. The countdown no longer keeps running after combat begins.
Arena gates open when the round starts. Players can no longer open them manually ahead of time.
Rounds and transitions
Improved the full six-round Solo Shuffle sequence and team rotation. The first death ends the current round, followed by preparation for the next one.
Health and resources are restored between rounds, pets return, and ability cooldowns and charges eligible for an Arena reset are restored.
Lingering effects, totems, and spell-created objects from the previous round are cleared.
Gates now close before players return to their starting positions. This removes the delay that gave players a chance to slip past them during the transition.
Fixed Power Coil behavior in The Robodrome: it should only deal damage during combat, not while players are preparing for the next round.
Temporary Arena groups are disbanded after the match ends.
Match results and rating
Fixed incorrect Victory and Defeat messages in Solo Shuffle. Your personal result is based on rounds won, not killing blows.
Solo Shuffle rating is saved separately for each specialization.
Improved how match results, weekly statistics, and rating are saved and displayed.
Added an early-leaver penalty: a loss of 150 rating and a 15-minute queue lockout. Logging out and back in does not remove the restriction.
Rewards and abilities
Improved base Honor awards for completed rounds, including matches where you did not win a round.
Improved reward delivery. If your bags are full, reward items are sent by mail with their stats intact.
Improved PvP effects that modify damage, healing, and other ability values in combat against players.
