Professions & Crafting Orders
Professions have been overhauled. Crafting, recrafting and profession bonuses now work as they do on retail, and Patron Orders and Public Orders are now available.
Crafting
Crafting now properly accounts for your skill, your reagent quality, your Profession Tools and Accessories, and your specializations.
Concentration is only spent when you actually use it, and Ingenuity refunds part of it.
Resourcefulness returns part of the reagents you actually spent, and Multicraft creates extra items.
Crafting and recrafting now raise your profession skill correctly.
First Craft bonuses now grant profession Knowledge.
Optional Reagents are checked against their slots. You can no longer place a reagent in a slot it doesn't belong to.
Dawncrests used in crafting now set the item level of crafted gear based on quality:
Adventurer Dawncrest: 220–233
Veteran Dawncrest: 233–246
Hero Dawncrest: 259–272
Myth Dawncrest: 272–285
Filleting fish now works.
Recrafting
Recrafting keeps your item and updates its quality and stats, even while it's equipped.
Recrafting keeps the upgrade from your previous reagents and Dawncrests.
Specializations & Profession Gear
Profession specializations now give their bonuses when you craft.
Profession Tools and Profession Accessories now provide their stats. Before, they gave none.
Patron Orders
Patron Orders can now be claimed, crafted and completed. Your rewards include gold, items and profession Knowledge.
New Patron Orders appear over time, and a claimed order stays reserved for you for 30 minutes.
If your bags are full, rewards are sent to you by mail.
Fixed the "You have received a new Personal Crafting Order." message repeating every time you opened the window.
Public Orders
You can now place Public Orders with Mar'nah (Crafting Orders). Provide the reagents and choose the commission and the duration: 12, 24 or 48 hours.
Other players can claim your order, craft it from your reagents and complete it. The crafted item arrives by mail with its quality.
If you cancel an order or it expires, your reagents and commission are returned. The posting fee is not refunded.
Crafters have a limited number of Public Orders they can fill, and it recharges every day.
Fixed a game client crash when opening "My Orders".
Other Fixes
Crafted item quality is now kept after logging out and when the item is sent by mail, sold on the Auction House or stored in the guild bank.
The Forge and the Blacksmith's Table now open the blacksmithing window.
Known Limitations
Guild Orders, Personal Orders and recrafting orders are not available yet.
