Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern the relationship between the user and the owner of the internet portal luntares.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Luntares Project”.

The Luntares Project, hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”, invites you, hereinafter referred to as “Users”, to review the rules of using the Project.

 

1. General Provisions

• Project Website: https://luntares.com

• Operator: The rights holder of the portal luntares.com, which is a party to this User Agreement. The Operator administers and maintains the portal, provides Users with access to the portal and services (including paid services) under the terms of this Agreement.

• User: An individual visiting the portal or participating in projects hosted on luntares.com.

• Portal: Software and hardware systems hosted on the Operator’s resources. User access to the portal is granted exclusively by the Operator. All rights to use the portal belong solely to the Operator.

• Services: Providing Users with access to the portal, use of its features and services, and participation in projects under the terms defined by agreements. All services are provided by the Operator free of charge, except for additional paid services.

• To access gameplay, the User must use the dedicated software turbo.exe, required to receive up-to-date game client updates.

• Additional Paid Services: Features provided to the User for a fee, which are optional and granted at the User’s discretion.

• Game accounts, characters, and items are the property of the Project and do not constitute personal property rights.

• Access to gameplay is permitted exclusively via Luntares.exe.

 

2. Subject of the Rules

This document establishes the rules, compliance with which allows Users to utilize services for participating in gameplay.
The Administration provides Users with 24/7 access to the game, excluding maintenance periods or other circumstances preventing access.

 

3. Additional Terms

• The User must meet minimum system and technical requirements to use the services properly.

• The Administration is not liable for the loss of in-game valuables resulting from loss of account access. However, at its discretion, the Administration may restore valuables lost due to errors or malfunctions.

• The Administration is not responsible for lost in-game valuables if the User fails to update the game client promptly.

• Exchanging in-game valuables for real money is prohibited.

 

4. User Rights and Obligations

• Upon registration, the User selects a nickname, login, and password to identify themselves among other Users. The User must provide accurate data.

• The User may change their password with the Administration’s permission but must ensure its confidentiality.

• Prohibited:

  • Reselling services provided by the Administration to third parties.

  • Distributing information aimed at illegally obtaining passwords to access game characters.

  • Disrespectful behavior toward other Users or the Administration, including profanity or threats.

  • Spreading false information about the Project, Administration, or other Users.

  • Spamming in chat or sending repetitive messages.

  • Restricting other Users’ access to the game or interfering with their gameplay.

  • Distributing virus-containing information or software.

  • Posting promotional materials on the Administration’s resources.

  • Exploiting in-game advantages gained through rule violations.

  • Disclosing confidential information about other Users.

  • Transferring, selling accounts, or exchanging in-game items for non-game assets.

  • Provoking other players into transactions that violate rules.

  • Using profanity in character or clan names.

  • Intentionally degrading PvP performance or boosting rewards.

• The User is responsible for account security and must set a strong password.

• The User must report game bugs or flaws.

• Concealing information about rule-breaking players is prohibited.

• The User must comply with all communication and interaction rules.

 

5. Operator’s Rights

• The Operator may modify, restrict, or terminate services at any time without prior notice.

• The Operator must provide Users with service access and respond to inquiries.

• The Operator is not liable for damages incurred by Users through portal usage.

• The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted portal operation or resource access.

 

6. Privacy and Security

• Confidential information obtained by the Operator shall not be disclosed.

• Personal data may only be shared as required by law.

• The Operator ensures data security but cannot guarantee protection against unauthorized access.

 

7. Additional Paid Services

• The Operator provides optional paid services.

• Services are deemed rendered after payment is processed.

• The User bears all costs related to acquiring paid services.

 

8. Agreement Appendices

• Tactical obstacles may be used in-game if they comply with the rules.

 

9. Access Restriction Notice

• The Administration restricts file access for Users with IP addresses registered in the Russian Federation.

 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• All services are provided “as is” without warranties.

 

11. Additional Clauses

• The User is responsible for complying with their country’s laws.

 

12. Agreement Acceptance Terms

• Account registration implies acceptance of these Terms.

• The individual logged into the game is deemed the rightful account User.
